Phyllis Ann Brotherton, 69, of Coweta, Oklahoma went to celebrate Christmas in heaven on December 25, 2023.

Phyllis was born in Wichita, Kansas to Eddie and Annie Brotherton on December 29, 1953.  The family moved to the state of Washington when she was young.  Phyllis was employed by and retired from the State of Washington where she worked in the graphics department.

Phyllis was a free spirit who loved the outdoors and nature.  She was an avid gardener and had a love for music as big as the world.  Her collection was large and included almost every genre.  She loved to sing and dance.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Frank and Annie Mae (Sampson) Brotherton, Her grandparents, Iveland and Hazel (Schultz) Sampson, and Albert and Ada (Whitehead) Brotherton.  And many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Her family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to Beehive Homes, Rivercross Hospice and to Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory of Wagoner for their genuine and caring services.

Phyllis did not wish to have a service but wanted everyone to remember her with a song and celebrate her life with a smile.
