Randall Wayne Cooper was born June 18, 1963 in Oklahoma City, OK to Bobby Dale and Elizabeth Jane (Johnston) Cooper. He grew up in Oklahoma City until moving to Wagoner where he attended and graduated from Wagoner High School his senior year. Randall had a thirty years career as a machinist with North American Carbine Tool in Broken Arrow, OK.

Randall enjoyed living in Wagoner where he was near so many of his cousins. They enjoyed many activities together, whether outside hunting, fishing or riding four wheelers, or inside playing cards or dominoes.

Randall departed this life Thursday, March 23, 2023 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK at the age of 59 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Dale Cooper; his grandparents, Pat and Amanda Johnston and Guy and Pauline Cooper; two aunts, Naida Connor and Carolyn Sue Holmes and two uncles, Gary Cooper and Guy Cooper.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Jane Cooper of Yukon, OK; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Judy Cooper of Yukon, OK; their children, Randall's nieces, Amanda Beth Cooper, Amy Brooke Cooper, Shelby Gunsolis and Cali Winter; aunts and uncles, Deborah Dial and husband, Paul, Phyllis Redfern, Frank Cooper and wife, Patty, Marti Eubanks Drake, and Hazel Sue Cooper; numerous cousins; other family and friends.
