Obituary

Rebecca Ann "Becky" (Kendall) Thomas was born on November 4, 1952, in Tulsa, OK., to Carley Raymond Kendall and Mary Frances (Boston) Kendall.  She married the love of her life, Raymond "Chuck" Thomas on September 21, 1973, celebrating fifty years together.

Rebecca worked in many professional health settings as a Licensed Practical Nurse, helping people in their time of need, often putting her patient's needs before her own.  She was a selfless, caring woman, who compassionately loved people.

Rebecca had many joys in her life.  Her family was very important to her.  Cookouts and family gatherings always brought a smile to her face.  Enjoying the simple things in life was the most important, as she enjoyed cross-stitching, reading, bingo, and music.  Although she loved many different genres of music, country music was her favorite, and she enjoyed attending concerts with her daughter Jayme.

Rebecca departed this life on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at her home in Wagoner, OK., at the age of 71 years with her loving family by her side.  Preceding her in death were her parents, Carley, and Mary Kendall; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond, and Opal Thomas; and a grandson, Kendall Tyre.

Cherishing many memories of Rebecca are her husband, Raymond "Chuck" Thomas of the home; her daughters and their spouses, Kathy (Richard) Allred of Wagoner, OK, Kindred (Scott) Carter of Yukon, OK, Jessica (Jason) Tyre of Wagoner, OK, Jayme Thomas and her companion, Amanda of Wagoner, OK, Jaclan Thomas of Wagoner, OK; grandchildren, Brenden (Savannah) Thomas, Jonathan Tyre, Kellen Vincent, Hailey Tyre, Kierstyn Vincent, Jackson Tyre, Keegan Vincent, Gaige Carter, Gunner Tyre, and Chelsie Jay; great-grandchildren, Baylor Thomas, Grayson Thomas, Daniel Vincent, and Ezra Vincent; a sister, Donna Kendall of Claremore, OK; a brother, CR Kendall of Owasso, OK; a sister, Sharon Woods of Pryor, OK; a sister, Sandy (Dwayne) Moss of Foyil, OK; a sister, Laura (Larry) Lawson of Broken Arrow, OK; a brother, Kevin (Tonia) Kendall of Foyil, OK;  Numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews, who will miss her dearly.
