Regina Hazel Adams, 56, of Muskogee, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Eastar Health Systems in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Regina was born in Oklahoma City on June 26, 1957. She moved to Wagoner at an early age where she attended school. Regina worked for a time as a Medical Aid at area nursing homes. She attended the Holy Cross Catholic Church. Regina enjoyed watching and learning from the Discovery Channel and loved country music. Regina was preceded in death by her parents, W.A and Hazel (Smith) Thieleke. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Michelle Davis of the home; companion, John Hinton of the home; her brother, Willie Thieleke of Muskogee; nephew, Cody Thieleke also of Muskogee; other relatives and friends. Final arrangements were directed by Mallett Funeral Home of Wagoner.
