Reverend William Howard "Bill" Bradley, 88, departed this life on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the First Christian Church in Wagoner. The Reverend Will Smith will officiate. Eulogies will be given by Marty Bradley, Brett Bradley and Rick Bradley. Bill was born January 20, 1927 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the seventh son and the eleventh child of thirteen born to Jess and Mabel (Ferry) Bradley. He grew up in Dallas, Texas, then returned to Oklahoma to attend Phillips University in Enid, OK, where he received his Bachelor's and then Master's Degree in Divinity. Bill married the former Lou Martin in April, 1949, and they began a life together that lasted 66 years. Bill served many churches in Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas during his ministry. He was known to never have met a stranger; he enjoyed people, and his friendliness was often expressed in his sense of humor and gentle manner towards others. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Lou Bradley of the home; three children and their spouses, Marty and Becky Bradley of Bethany, Oklahoma, Rick and Connie Bradley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mindy and Wayne Richards of Butler, Missouri; by eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Jack Bradley; and one sister, Mary Poulson; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Viki Shedd, his parents, and his other siblings.
