Richard Cornell Harvey was born August 18, 1956 in Fresno California to Grace Yvonne (Sharp) and O.C. Harvey. He attended schools in Muskogee, OK. Richard loved to watch football. He liked to cook and eat and listen to music. He was married to the former Tammy Green on February 11, 2006 in Tahlequah, OK. Following a lengthy illness, Richard departed this life on October 8, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. His father, a sister, Regina Harvey, and two aunts all preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Harvey of Wagoner; his mother, Grace Yvonne Chandler of Muskogee; his step-son, Jerry Wayne Dick of Wagoner; step-daughter, Tonya Dick of Tahlequah; three grandchildren, Caiden Dick, Tayla Louie and Tavery Raylynn Dick, all of Tahlequah; one sister, Vanessa Griffin of Muskogee; his nieces and nephews, including Kissy Griffin and Patrick Harvey; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Lovelight Christian Center in Tahlequah, OK. Pastor Dona Allen will officiate.
