Obituary

Richard "Dick" Lloyd Tracy was born on September 18, 1948 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Lucile (Gaylord) and Gene Albert Tracy. Dick served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, serving two tours. He married Loretta Faye Tracy on December 28, 1995 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dick was a materials handler for a sewing company. He loved to fish and play horseshoes.

Dick passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the age of 71 years in his home in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Faye Tracy, of the home; a daughter, Klarissa Tracy, of California; a stepson, Jonathan Brix, and his wife, Peggy, of Wagoner; a stepdaughter, Jessica Mosteller, and her husband, Chet, of Okay, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; his brother-in-arms and dear friend, Ed Seubert, and his wife, Becky; a brother, Francis Tracy of Wagoner; a sister, Sharon Tracy of Wister, Oklahoma; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; other relatives and friends.
