Richard Brent "Dickie" Lowe, 50, of Wagoner died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was born August 11, 1962 in Wagoner, Oklahoma to Luther Leon Lowe and Louise (Pingleton) Tibbs. Dickie grew up in Okay and graduated from Okay High School in 1981. Wagoner had been his home for the past twenty-five years. Survivors include his parents, Dink and Louise Tibbs of Porter; a son, Daniel; four sisters, Denise Fleetwood and her husband, Jimmy, of Okay, Nancy Buchanan of Catoosa, Tracy Tibbs Fishinghawk and her husband, Glenn, of Okay and Debbie Minnick of Henryetta; his companion, Billie; other relatives, including numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends Kyle and Heather Ford; his loyal dog, Romeo; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Leon Lowe; two brothers, Kendall Lowe and Anthony Tibbs; grandparents, Rouster and Lela Pearl Pingleton, Luther Sr. and Wanda Lowe, and I.W. and Claudia Tibbs. A funeral service will be held at ten o'clock Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. The Reverend Dean Haley will officiate. Pallbearers will be Kyle Ford, Jeremy Parnell, B.K. Tibbs, William Dry, Donald Pingleton and Richard Tibbs.
