Ronald Allen "Ron" Boyd was born September 13, 1952 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert Allen and Ruby Opal (Manes) Boyd. After graduation from Charles Page High School in Ron attended Oklahoma State University. He remained an OSU fan all his life.

Ron played the violin. He studied the Bible faithfully and was very knowledgeable about it's teachings. This went along with his family's memory of his amazing recall of many details about his life.

Ron departed this life Saturday morning in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruby Boyd, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his memory are two aunts, Marian Pelt and Martha Tackett and numerous cousins, including Susan Randall and husband, Brad.

Interment will be private in Tahlequah City Cemetery, Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
