Sandra Gail Dennis was born October 5, 1961 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Velmar Lee Richardson and Ella Mae (Hoss) Richardson. After attending high school Sandra graduated from business school. She returned to Wagoner in 2015 to make her home.

Sandra was employed at Kohl's and Walmart. In her spare time she loved to cook and enjoyed cooking shows, especially those with Chef Ramsey. Her favorite times were spent with family, in particular her granddaughters, and she liked playing cards and Yahtzee.

Sandra's very favorite time of the years was Christmas. She started early every year getting ready and crafting everything in the house. She loved cats and fostered many cats through the years. She also liked cardinals. Her favorite flower was poppies.

Sandra departed this life Thursday, February 9, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a number of aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Nicole Ashley; three granddaughters, Madison Nichole Sampson, Samantha Kay Sampson and Ella Jewel Sampson; her son-in-law, Shane Sampson; sisters, Debra Corman and Leona Proper; and aunts, Betty Pruitt and her husband, Ronnie; nieces and nephews, Tina Yochum, Mark Simmons, Tammy Degraffenreid, Tonya Yochum, Bethany VanMeter, Rudy "Bubba" Yochum and their spouses; numerous cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews; other extended family and friends, including her ex-husband and friend, Glenn "Bud" Dennis and friend, Tony Williams, who brought her through TTP.

Family and friends will gather at 2 PM Saturday at Mallett Funeral Home for a Visitation and Viewing.

At 3 PM the Celebration of Life will be held with Reverend Bruce VonWald officiating.
