Shirley Marie Lancaster passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 in the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa with her family by her side.

She was born September 21, 1938 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Clyde Benjamin and Ida Clementine (Price) Harvey.

Shirley was the office manager for Dr. Shaw in Wagoner and also was a real estate agent for the Realty World Wahoma.

She accepted Christ when she was thirteen years old and was a member of the First Baptist Church.  Shirley married Robert Gerald Lancaster January 15, 1955 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.  She and Gerald enjoyed many years travelling in their motor home spending their summers in South Fork, Colorado.  After selling their motor home, they lived in Mesa, Arizona moving back to Wagoner in 2012.  Shirley enjoyed reading and watching TV, especially OU football.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Ida Harvey, her husband, Gerald Lancaster, daughter, Londa Lea Lancaster and her son, Jerry Ray Lancaster.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Sherri Carter and husband, Cliff, of Wagoner; grandchildren, Jerrod Ray Dumond and wife, Christy, of Wagoner, Jordan Michelle Hawkins and husband, Clayton, of Broken Arrow and Cheyenne Carter of Tahlequah; great-grandchildren, Keaton Ray Nichols, Vanessa Marie Hawkins, Taelyr Reigh Dumond, Morgan Ray Dumond and Gavin Reid Hawkins; sisters, Betty Wilmot and husband, Harley, of California, Barbara Morgan of Oklahoma and Janet Ryan of California and many nieces, nephews and other relatives friends.

Viewing will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday October 10, 2019 with a visitation being held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM that evening in the chapel at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 11, 2019 in the Elmwood Cemetery Chapel with her grandson, Jerrod Dumond officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jerrod Dumond, Cliff Carter, Clayton Hawkins and Keaton Nichols and honorary pallbearer will be Morgan Dumond.
