Shirley (Woodall) Martinson was born August 11, 1935 in Wagoner, OK to James Woodall and Mamie (Anderson) Woodall. She grew up in Wagoner and continued her education further, earning a Master's degree in Education which prepared her for her career as an educator in public schools.

Shirley enjoyed her family and friends and enjoyed shopping, supporting her favorite sports teams, i.e. OU and OKC Thunder, and skating.

She departed this life Tuesday, January 5, 2021, in Olathe, KS at the age of 85 years. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Allen James Woodall.

She is survived by a daughter, Kelly Martin of Stillwell, KS; a son and daughter-in-law, Dana and Deborah Letts of Wagoner, OK; two granddaughters, Allison Martin and Rachel Martin, both of Stillwell, KS; sons, Kyle Martinson of Rockford, IL and Steve Martinson of Wagoner, OK; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.

Interment was in Bennett Addition of Elmwood Cemetery at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 9, 2021.
