Family and friends will gather Monday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 pm for a Visitation in the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory, 417 East Cherokee Street, Wagoner, OK, to celebrate the life of Steven Dale Edwards Goforth. Steven died Saturday, September 1, 2018 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa following a traffic accident that occurred August 30 near Toppers.

Steven was born August 30, 1988 in Tahlequah, OK to James Steve and Alice Irene (McDonald) Goforth. He was born into a large family, and his loved ones will find comfort in the wonderful family memories they share. His sisters recall that he liked to instigate a fight among the sisters and then watch the goings on. As Steve's life went on, and he became a father, he continued to know that it's all about family. His daughter, Allie, will always cherish the time they spent together, especially while riding bikes.

Steven enjoyed nature. He liked to be outdoors in the woods or by the lake near his home. He dearly loved horses and horse breaking.

The family will always remember his favorite saying,"it's a Ponzi scheme."

Steven is survived by his wife, Jamie Rae Goforth; his daughter, Allie Goforth; son, Wesley Mullins; sisters and their spouses:  Michelle and Nick Baker, Tabitha and Marvin Baker, Alisha and David Ingvalson, Jonie Welsh and David Miller, Tina and Cody Londagin, Holly and Gary Lane, Nacole Ekerber and Cody Pryor, and Rayna Kaiser; brothers:  Robert Nichols and Chad Goforth and Makaliah Powell; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, James and Alice Goforth, and a daughter, Kylie Goforth.
