Terry Lee "Pops" Daniel, 71, was born January 30, 1952 in Muskogee, OK to Cleo Jr and Neoma Fern (Linzy) Daniel. He passed from this life to the next on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones.

Terry, best known as Pops, was recognized by many as a jack of all trades who could fix anything and build anything. He would do anything to help anyone in need.

Terry served his country in the U. S. Army during Vietnam.

On December 23, 1969 Terry married the love of his life, Jacque (Yochum) Daniel, and they had two children, their son, Warren "Butch" Daniel, who married Shanna Daniel, and their daughter, Jennifer Daniel.

Pops' pride and joy were his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jordon (Diego); Madison (David); Terrell (Cody); Zachary; Ashlyn; Maggie; Vincent; Felix; and Gus. He taught them everything, from reading to driving the little red Ford around the property. Pops left them with a legacy of love, fantastic stories, and a home he built with his own hands.

Terry is survived by his wife; children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jeanna, Gayle and Veleeta; two special brothers-in-law; aunts; uncles; numerous nieces; nephews; cousins; and one special buddy, Tramp.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; two brothers, Doug and Brent; one aunt; one uncle; four sisters-in-law; and two brothers-in-law.

The Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 11:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.  in the Chapel at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory in Wagoner, Oklahoma

The Celebration of Life to honor the Life of Terry Daniel will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

Interment will be at 10:00 am Friday, December 15 in Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Military Funeral Rites will be presented by the U.S. Army Honors Team. Pallbearers will be Tony Beene, Mason Beene, Evan Forpahl, J.D. Horton, Zachary Goad and Rusty McCall.
