Terry Dale Parker, 74, departed this life Thursday, April 11, 2019 at his home in Haskell, OK.

Terry, or "Parker" as he was known, was born July 25, 1944 in McAlester, OK to Lee and Dana (Miller) Parker. He served in the United States Army from April, 1962 until September 1965, when he was honorably discharged. During his service he received recognition as a Sharpshooter.

Before retirement Terry was employed as an over the road truck driver. He was an ordained minister. Parker's hobby was making things, either through metalwork or woodworking.

Parker was a family man who will be greatly missed. His survivors include his stepchildren, Pauletta Thompson and her husband, Bruce, of Haskell, OK and Janet Strickland of Coweta, OK; Darrell Hatcher and his wife, Denise, of Wagoner, OK, Bobby Hatcher of Coweta, OK and Patty Alexander and her husband, Tom, of Talala, OK; eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; his Nebraska family; other extended family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nadine Harris and a brother, Vernon Parker.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory.
