Tommie Faye (Wright) Davis was born in Hulbert, OK on September 8, 1943 to Ted and Susie (Terrell) Wright. She moved with her family at an early age to Wagoner, OK, where she graduated from Wagoner High School. Tommie was employed before retirement as a caregiver in nursing homes as well as for private patients. She enjoyed several hobbies, including playing cards, doing puzzles, and watching her favorite soap opera. Tommie departed this life on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at her home in Wagoner. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur Leroy Davis and one sister, Teddie Sue Owens. Survivors include her children and their significant others, Sherry Lynn Harris and Billy Harris and Karen Faye Choate and Eric Shaver, all of Wagoner; Monty Dale Bronc' Choate and fiancé, Trisha Amen of Keota, and Melody Dawn Tad' Behler and fiancé, Chris Hines, of Checotah; by one sister and her significant other, Winnie Mae Brown and Bud White of Wagoner; eleven grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Baucom, James Edward Dwain Harris Jr., Christopher Ryan Harris, Heather Renee Choate, Douglas Merl Choate, Haley Michelle Choate, Macey Francile Choate, Katlyn Jean Choate, Ian Kenneth Behler-Cargill, Madison Kaylin Behler-Cargill and Claire Ivonne Hines; by two great-grandchildren, Deven Wayne Baucom and Cameron Kipp Jones; by other relatives and friends. The family will gather with friends for a Visitation Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Mallett Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner. Reverend Willie Rice will officiate. Interment will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Hulbert, OK. Pallbearers will be James Edward Dwain Harris Jr., Jamie Lynn Harris Baucom, Christopher Ryan Harris, Heather Renee Choate, Douglas Merl D.J.' Choate, and Haley Michelle Choate. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dustin Downs and Dallas Rose.
