The Memorial Service for Victor Gregory Seals, 58, of Wagoner, will be at 10 AM Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Wagoner. The Reverend Mark Pointer will officiate. Funeral Honors will be provided by the Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police. Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Newman, Mike Smith, Stan Jones, Larry Exendine, Butch Kennemer and Joe Perkins. Victor was a retired Tulsa Police Department Sergeant. He was born October 11, 1951 in Bethany, Oklahoma and grew up in Tulsa, graduating from Will Rogers High School. When he was younger Victor had a passion for driving race cars. He was a tournament fisherman and loved to camp. He attended the First Baptist Church in Wagoner. Victor loved his granddaughters and was a great Daddy and Papa. He departed this life on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at his home near Wagoner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Arthur and Juan (Little) Seals, and a number of aunts and uncles. He is survived by his loving family: his wife, Tina Seals of the home; son, Jeffrey Seals of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Jentri Guinn and son-in-law, Tim Guinn, of Porter, OK; grand-daughters, Kailey, Kendall and Karlie Guinn; stepdaughters, Audra Chancey of Bixby, OK and Rheanna Chancey of the home; stepson, Seth Chancey of the home; brother, Eddie Seals and sister-in-law, Jeannette Seals, both of Sand Springs, OK; niece, Candis Seals of Dallas, TX; nephew, Jace Seals of Dallas; great nieces, Taylor and Kyah Seals of Dallas; parents-in-law, Glenn and Linda Walker of Owasso; brother -in-law and sister-in-law, Brett and Claretta Walker of Greenbriar, AR; other relatives and many friends.
