Funeral services for Vivian L. Scott, 93 of Wagoner will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the Mallett Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner with the Reverend Clay Frost officiating. Vivian was born January 3, 1917 in Hartville, Missouri to her parents, Rossett and Eliza Jane (Dorris) Carney and passed from this life Thursday, August 5, 2010 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Vivian was a blessed lady to have lived 93 years doing the things she loved. She was a gardener and loved her flowers. She worked as a seamstress and loved to sew for others for many years. Her biggest love was working for her Lord', helping churches and playing the piano and organ. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Jenny Quest, Lottie Crain and Mary Helsley and one brother Clifford Carney. Vivian is survived by her son, Richard Talbot and his wife, Kathy of Wagoner; two daughters, Rosalea F. Nall of Pearland, TX and Sherry A Dykes of Shelbyville, Indiana; former son-in-law, Leeroy Dykes of Leavenworth, Kansas; three grandsons, Ron Talbot, Rick Talbot and Terry Nall ; two granddaughters, Lisa Lawson and Deborah Nall; three great-granddaughters, Mary Kaye, Cheryl and Elizabeth Talbot and a great-grandson, James Dean Kiger; one great-great-granddaughter, Misty Boren; two sisters, Lucille Keeling and Rosemary Carney and a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Jarrod Burroughs, Ron Talbot, T.J. Bogle and Leeroy Dykes.
