Rickey Wayne Box was born March 6, 1970 in Greenville, Mississippi to Clyde Rickey Box and Shirley Ann Bruce. Wayne was a licensed practical nurse employed with Allied Home Health. In his spare time Wayne loved music. He was a huge KISS fan.

Wayne departed this life Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK, having just reached his 48th birthday this month. He was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Box; his stepfather, Richard Bruce; and an infant granddaughter, Lana Baucom.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Ann Box of the home; his daughter, Bailey Nicole Box of the home; his mother, Shirley Bruce of Tulsa; two stepdaughters, Kirstain Dodson and husband, James of Wagoner and Lauren Christine Baucom and husband, Nick of Coweta; stepson, Jonathan Alexander of Muskogee; nine grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; other relatives and his friends; and his beloved Pomeranian, Pepper.

A graveside funeral service is planned for next Wednesday, April 4, at 1:00 pm at Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa, OK.
