William Clark Foster was born on May 23, 1937 in Muskogee, OK. To friends and family he was "Sonny", "W.C." and finally, Bill. Bill was the first born son of Lonnie and Dorothy Foster and lived the first fifteen years of his life in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Bill passed away in Dolan Springs, Arizona on September 11, 2014, where he had made his home the last several years. He was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie and mother, Dorothy, and by his grandparents, William Leonard and Bessie Barnett and James and Fannie Foster. Surviving relatives include his sister Joyce, and her husband, Jerry Fields of Wagoner, OK; his aunt, Margie Semore of Wagoner, OK; two nephews, Jeff and his wife, Kelli Fields of Catoosa, OK and Jason Fields of Wagoner, OK; great nephew Chase Fields and great niece Kelli Fields, both of Catoosa, OK; many cousins; and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Wagoner. The Reverend Will Smith will officiate. Inurnment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner.
