Kristina Lynne Gillin, or Kristi as friends and family called her, was born on July 25, 1963 in Muskogee, OK. She was the daughter of Kenneth Roy Gillin Sr. and step-daughter to Joyce Delite (McCollough) Gillin.

After graduation from high school Kristi attended junior college. She was employed as an accountant at Hillcrest Hospital for seventeen years. She made her home in Tulsa, Muskogee and Porter.

Her favorite hobbies included growing flowers, cooking and canning. She loved to shop for family members. Kristi adored her beloved dog, Marigold.

Kristi joined her mother, Patricia Ann (Fielder) Cole, and her grandparents in Heaven on April 8, 2022 at the age of 58 years.

She had her ups and downs with life, with its trials and tribulations, as we all do. Kristie did her best to make amends with everyone she loved and cared for. She conquered many obstacles and became: a loving daughter, a caring sister, a loyal friend, and a compassionate mother. She lives on through her daughter Megan Brooke Gillin, and will be missed every day that passes.

Survivors who will cherish her memory include her daughter, Megan Gillin and her husband, Alex Rowan of Muskogee, OK; her parents, Kenneth and Joyce Gillin of Porter, OK; brothers, Kenneth Gillin Jr. and his wife, Janet Gillin of Okay, OK and Jeffrey Gillin of Porter, OK; two step-sisters, Liz Moss of Chicago, IL and Cathy Green and her husband, Kevin Green of Henryetta, OK; a number of uncles, aunts, cousins, other extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory in Wagoner.

The funeral service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery in Porter, OK at 2 pm Monday, April 18, 2022. The Reverend Dennis Piearcy will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Gillin, Kenny Gillin, Alex Rowan, Colton Green and Kevin Green.
