Susan Raylene (Lacey) Munson was born on December 11, 1953, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to Jimmie Ray Lacey and Pauline (Cook) Harper.  She departed this life on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Susan was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and companion, whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering support touched the lives of all who knew her. She met the love of her life, Jerry Allen, in 1978, and together they enjoyed 47 years of companionship, sharing countless memorable moments and building a lifelong bond rooted in love and mutual respect.

Susan had a refined appreciation for the subtle elegance of perfumes and fragrances, which complemented her elegant taste.  An avid animal lover, she dedicated herself to the well-being of her beloved dogs and cats, embodying compassion and kindness.  In her leisure time, she found comfort and nostalgia in relaxing to classic television shows, reflecting her appreciation for timeless entertainment and the simpler joys of life.

Preceding Susan in death are her grandparents, Lela Mae Cook and Voll Cook; her father, Jimmie Ray Lacey; and her brother, Steven Lacey.

Those left to cherish the memories of Susan's life are her mother, Pauline Harper of Porter, Oklahoma; her daughter, Michelle Munson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and the love of her life, Jerry Allen of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Although her family will deeply miss her, they find solace in the countless memories they have shared and are committed to keeping her legacy alive through the enduring impact of those moments for years to come.
